Keeping in Touch

By the time, you read this, our Christmas celebrations will have begun. The presents will be opened and Christmas dinner will have been spread and eaten. But having enjoyed the trappings of December 25th does not mean that Christmas is over. Christmas has only begun. To quote the wonderful poem by Howard Thurman,
When the song of the angels is stilled,
When the star in the sky is gone,
When the kings and the princes are home,
When the shepherds are back with their flocks,
The work of Christmas begins.
